Common Issues
Extension Not Appearing on Sites
Symptoms: No quick buy buttons or trading modal on supported sites. Solutions:- Ensure the extension is enabled in your browser’s extension settings
- Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R)
- Check that you’re logged into the extension
- Verify you’re on a supported site (Axiom, Dexscreener, Padre, GMGN, Solscan)
Settings Not Syncing
Symptoms: Changes made in extension don’t appear in Terminal, or vice versa. Solutions:- Refresh the extension by clicking the icon and waiting for reload
- Log out and log back in to re-sync your account
- Clear browser cache for the Shuriken domain
- Check your internet connection
Trade Execution Failed
Symptoms: Trade doesn’t execute or shows error. Solutions:| Check | Solution |

| Wallet balance | Ensure sufficient funds for trade + gas |
| Slippage | Increase slippage in preset settings |
| Gas settings | Increase priority fee during network congestion |
| Token liquidity | Some tokens may have low liquidity |
Wallet Balance Shows Incorrect Amount
Symptoms: Balance in dropdown doesn’t match actual wallet balance. Solutions:- Click away and reopen the wallet dropdown
- Refresh the page
- Check the balance on Shuriken Terminal
- Verify the correct chain is selected
Login Issues
Symptoms: Can’t log in or extension shows loading indefinitely. Solutions:- Ensure you have an active Shuriken account
- Try logging into alpha.shuriken.trade directly first
- Clear browser cookies and cache
- Disable other browser extensions that might interfere
- Try in an incognito/private window
Positions Not Updating
Symptoms: Positions header doesn’t show recent trades. Solutions:- Refresh the page
- Check that the trade executed successfully on-chain
- Verify you’re viewing the correct wallet
- Wait a few seconds for cross-tab sync to complete

Does logging out of the Terminal log me out of the extension?
No. The extension maintains an independent session. Logging out of the Shuriken web platform does not affect your extension session.Can I use different wallets for different chains?
Yes. Solana has its own wallet selector in the extension dashboard.Do automation settings sync between extension and Terminal?
The available strategies sync — create on either, available on both. However, your selected automation is independent. You can use different strategies for extension and Terminal trading.Which browsers are supported?
